Michael Resech holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and uses his vast building science expertise to lead RSR’s utility programs. Michael’s more than fifteen years of experience in commercial and residential envelope design allows him to develop strategies and implement program improvements within Minnesota and in new and emerging markets.

Michael also oversees RSR’s proprietary HouseRater energy program management software and contributes to feature design, planning, customer support, and training. He applies his extensive knowledge of the changing energy and building code requirements to update both utility programs and the HouseRater software, assuring a streamlined process for clients.
