Hannah Engelhart is responsible for the daily operation of three major utility New Homes Programs and two Commercial Programs for RSR. In this capacity, Hannah develops and implements program improvements to maintain effectiveness in the face of changing energy and building code requirements.

Hannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Winona State University and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from St. Mary’s University.
